(A) Any license may be revoked, suspended or refused by the Safety-Service Director or his designee for any of the following causes:
(1) Misrepresentation or false statement made in obtaining a license;
(2) Any violation of a provision of this chapter or failure to comply with a lawful order of the Safety-Service Director or his designee.
(B) No license shall be suspended, revoked or refused without a hearing or opportunity to be heard before the Safety-Service Director.
