The Safety-Service Director shall keep a record of all licenses issued by him or her, specifying the time each license commences, the time for which it was granted, the person or persons to whom it was issued and the amount of fee paid for the same. The Safety-Service Director shall forthwith pay over to the City Treasurer all moneys in his or her hands received as license fees, taking the receipt of the Treasurer therefor, which receipt, together with a copy of each individual license, he or she shall file with the Clerk of Council.
