§ 862.05 MAXIMUM NUMBER OF TABLES PERMITTED; LICENSE FEE.

The maximum number of tables permitted in each business shall be three. The Safety-Service Director shall collect license fees for such activities in the following amounts: For each pool or billiard table, per annum - $100.
