§ 860.02 USE OF FLASHING LIGHTS ON VEHICLES; TIME AND PLACE OF SALES.
   (A)   Any commercial vehicle from which ice cream, candy and/or notions are sold, disposed of or given away by the driver or an attendant directly from such vehicle shall be equipped with red flashing lights of a nature to be clearly visible for a distance of 200 feet in any direction. Such vehicles shall remain stationary and such lights shall be lit and flashing from the time the vehicle stops until the customer or customers have left the vehicle and have returned to the sidewalk or side of the road, off the traveled portion, from which they came.
   (B)   Such vehicles shall stop only at the right side of the road within one foot of the berm or, if there is a curb, shall stop within one foot of such curb. No sale or disposition of articles or gifts shall be made from any other location in the street or highway.
   (C)   No sale shall be made at any place within the city on Reading Road, Amity Road, Hunt Road, Columbia Avenue or Benson Street, these being much traveled highways where such sales would result in danger and possible injury or death to customers and drivers of other vehicles.
   (D)   Any such vehicle shall operate only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
