§ 860.01 SALES FROM VEHICLES; LICENSES REQUIRED.
   (A)   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      PERSON. Any individual, partnership, firm or corporation.
      VEHICLE. Includes automobiles, trucks, buses, bicycles and other manually or motive powered machines with two or more wheels.
   (B)   No person shall sell or in any way dispose of ice cream, candy and other allied products from a vehicle without first obtaining a license from the Safety-Service Director for the vehicle and for the driver.
   (C)   Application for the licenses shall be on forms prescribed by the Safety-Service Director. The fee for each vehicle license shall be $20 and for each driver's license, $10.
   (D)   All applicants for drivers' licenses shall be fingerprinted. No license shall be issued to:
      (1)   Any driver who has been convicted of a felony;
      (2)   Any driver who has been convicted of driving while under the influence of alcohol or any drug of abuse in any court;
      (3)   Any driver who has been convicted of a misdemeanor in any court on morals charges; or
      (4)   Any driver who has been convicted in any court of two or more moving traffic violations within a period of four years prior to making application for a license.
   (E)   No license shall be issued for any vehicle that has been declared to be unroadworthy or inadequate for street service to children by the Chief of Police.
