The Health Commissioner, or his or her authorized representative, is authorized and directed to make inspections and investigations of all food service operations in the Reading Health District to determine compliance with the applicable regulations. No person shall interfere with the Health Commissioner, or his or her authorized representative, in conducting any inspection or investigation required to determine compliance with this chapter, Ohio R. C. 3732.01 to 3732.08, inclusive, and Sections 3701-21-01 to 3701-21-20, inclusive, of the Ohio Administrative Code.
