§ 830.01 GARAGE SALES, LAWN SALES, BASEMENT SALES DEFINED.

As used in this chapter, GARAGE SALES, LAWN SALES and BASEMENT SALES mean sales of personal items by the property owner, or by persons living within the dwelling of the property owner, which items are sold and advertised at a public sale.
