§ 660.14 VIOLATING ORDERS OR REGULATIONS OF BOARD OF HEALTH.

(A) No person shall violate any order or regulation of the Board of Health, obstruct or interfere with the execution of such order or regulation or purposefully, knowingly or recklessly fail to obey such order or regulation.

(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
