(A) No person shall erect signs, placards, streamers or other printed material across a street, alley or public ground, from any pole or structure to any other pole or structure, in the city, except in the case of erection of traffic or other safety signs specifically authorized by Council.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
