§ 636.23 THROWING STONES, AND THE LIKE AT PERSONS.
   (A)   No person shall willfully and maliciously throw, or by other means propel, a stone or other hard substance at or towards a person.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
