(A) Owners/occupiers of land within the city less than one acre (43,560 square feet) may harbor, purchase, nurture, provide care, nourishment, love and affection for only three dogs.
(B) DOGS, for the purpose of this section, shall include all breeds of dogs.
(C) Any owners/occupiers who may be convicted for violation of this section shall be sentenced as a misdemeanor of the third degree.
