§ 612.11 RIOTS AND DRUNKENNESS IN TAVERNS.
   (A)   No tavernkeeper shall permit rioting, reveling, intoxication or drunkenness in his or her house or on his or her premises.
(ORC 4399.16)
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
