§ 606.28 FAILURE OF PERSON SUMMONED TO APPEAR.
   (A)   Any person summoned to appear in the City Mayor's Court who fails to appear without just cause after personal service of the summons was had upon him may be found guilty of contempt of court. Upon failure to appear, the court or magistrate may forthwith issue a warrant for his arrest.
   (B)   Whoever is found guilty of contempt of court under division (A) of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
