§ 452.13 PARKING OF TRUCKS IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS.
   (A)   No person shall park a truck, trailer (hitched or unhitched) or semitrailer upon any street in a residential area between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. of the following day, provided, however, that this prohibition shall not apply to the parking of commercial vehicles on regular delivery or service calls. Included in this prohibition are those vehicles with dual rear wheels or more than two axles.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      RESIDENTIAL AREA means the territory fronting on a street or highway, including the street or highway, where 50% or more of the frontage for a distance of 300 feet or more is improved with residences.
      SEMITRAILER mean every vehicle designed or used for carrying persons or property with another and separate motor vehicle, so that in operation a part of its own or that of its load, or both, rests upon and is carried by another vehicle.
      TRAILER means every vehicle designed or used for carrying persons or property wholly on its own structure and for being drawn by a motor vehicle, and means and includes any such vehicle when formed by or operated as a combination of a semitrailer and a vehicle of the dolly type such as that commonly known as a trailer dolly.
      TRUCK means any motor vehicle, except trailers and semitrailers, designed and used to carry property and having dual rear wheels or more than two axles.
