The following streets are declared to be snow emergency streets and no parking shall be permitted thereon during a declared snow emergency: Reading Road, East Galbraith, East Benson Street, West Benson Street, East Columbia Avenue, West Columbia Avenue, Hunt Road, Furham Road, Thurnridge Drive, Keith Drive and Jefferson Avenue, all streets within the corporation limits of the city. During such declared snow emergencies, alternative parking areas near the affected declared snow emergency routes will be provided, when possible, to the residents of the affected area until such time as the emergency is declared over.
