§ 402.396 SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTE.

SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTE. A street or highway on which motor vehicles are stalled or parked as a result of a covering of snow, sleet or ice on that roadway that could, in any way, interfere with the free and safe passage of Police Department vehicles, Fire Department vehicles, other emergency vehicles or city service vehicles.
