§ 402.394 SNOW EMERGENCY DECLARATION.

A SNOW EMERGENCY DECLARATION shall be declared and shall be deemed to exist in the city when the Mayor or the Safety Service Director has declared and caused to be announced on the public media that such an emergency exists.
