§ 280.01 FEES COLLECTED BY COURT.

   (A)   The Mayor's Court is hereby authorized to collect the following fees:

      (1)   Court costs   $30

      (2)   Witness fee   $5

      (3)   Rotary Reparation Fund   $3

      (4)   Processing fee as court costs for Bureau of Motor Vehicles license forfeiture releases   $15

   (B)   Such fees shall be deposited in the general fund.

   (C)   The City Council finds it necessary and in the best interest of the City to authorize the Mayor to impose an additional $10 fee to fines for any traffic and criminal cases in Mayor's Court. Such fees are to be utilized for the purchase/lease of a computer system for the Mayor's Court.

   (D)   This $10 fee shall not apply to parking violations.
