§ 274.02 PURPOSE; HEARINGS.

(A) The purpose of the Water Dispute Board shall be to adjust claims submitted regarding water bills. All claims shall be submitted in writing and shall be considered by the Board in a timely manner. Hearings shall be conducted by the Board as required, at its discretion.

(B) The Water Dispute Board is hereby empowered to hear and resolve disputes regarding billing for garbage collection in the same manner in which disputes regarding billing for water are resolved.
