(A) Election of the members of the Volunteer Firefighter's Dependents Fund Board provided for in § 268.02 (A) and (B) shall be held each year on the first Monday in December, and election of the Board member provided for in § 268.02(C) shall be held each year on or before the second Monday of December. Each Board member shall serve for a one year term commencing on the next January 1 following such election, provided that the initial Board selected in 1957 shall assume its duties immediately upon election.
(B) Election of members by the Fire Department shall be as prescribed in Ohio R.C. 146.04.
