§ 268.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF BOARD AND FUND; ADMINISTRATION OF FUND.

(A) There is hereby established a Volunteer Firefighter's Dependents Fund and Fund Board under and in conformity with Ohio R.C. Chapter 146, which fund and Board shall be administered as provided by law.

(B) The Volunteer Firefighter's Dependents Fund Board shall administer the fund established in division (A) of this section as prescribed and directed by Ohio R.C. Chapter 146.
