§ 264.04 FEES COLLECTED BY BOARD.

   (A)   The Registrar of the Board of Health is hereby authorized to collect the following fees:

      (1)   Copies of birth certificates   $10 each

      (2)   Copies of death certificates   $10 each

      (3)   Burial permits   $0.50 each

      (4)   Food and beverage establishment permits, as set forth in § 836.01(b).

   (B)   Such fees shall be deposited in the general fund.
