The Sanitarian shall make restaurant inspections, determine whether or not there is compliance with, state health laws as to the operation of restaurants, enforce compliance with state health laws and perform such other duties as are directed by the Health Commissioner. The Sanitarian shall execute affidavits for warrants in case of a violation of the state health laws.
