(A) Not later than 30 days after a new tenant occupies rental property of any kind within the city, the owner of such rental property who rents to tenants of apartments, rooms, trailer parks, and the like, shall file with the Tax Commissioner/Deputy Treasurer a report showing the name, address, telephone number, if available, and place of employment of each such tenant who occupies an apartment, a room in a roominghouse or space in a trailer park, and the like, within the city.
(B) Not later than 30 days after a tenant vacates an apartment, room, trailer park or other rental property located within the city, the owner of such vacated rental property shall file with the Tax Commissioner/Deputy Treasurer a report showing the date of vacation from the rental property and identifying each such vacating tenant.
