(A) The position of Tax Commissioner/Deputy Treasurer is hereby established. The Tax Commissioner/Deputy Treasurer shall be assisted by two full-time clerks. The duties of the Tax Commissioner/Deputy Treasurer and the full-time clerks shall be as provided in Chapter 880.
(B) Not less than 40 hours per week shall constitute the regular work week of the Tax Commissioner/Deputy Treasurer. His or her salary shall be paid from the Tax Fund.
(C) Forty hours per week shall constitute the regular work week of each full-time clerk. The salaries of the clerks shall be paid from the Tax Fund.
