(A) At the first regular meeting of Council in January of each year, the Mayor shall make an annual report to Council concerning the affairs of the city. The Mayor shall attend Council meetings, regular and special, when requested by Council. At Council meetings, the Mayor may make recommendations to Council for the welfare of the city.
(B) The Mayor shall provide monthly written reports to Council concerning specifics of the Mayor's Court.
(C) All reprots of the Mayor to Council must be given in writing to the Clerk of Council.
