(A) The fourth Tuesday of each month during the calendar year shall be set aside by the City Council for the purpose of having a general committee of council meeting with various city personnel, contractors, directors and department heads.
(B) The time set for various city personnel, contractors, directors and department heads shall include but will not be limited to the following individuals and times:
(1) 7:00 p.m. - City of Reading Economic Development Director;
(2) 7:20 p.m. - Contractors, Reading Road Streetscape Design, etc.;
(3) 7:40 p.m. - Contractor/Engineer, Flood Study;
(4) 8:00 p.m. - Public Works Director/Fire Chief/Police Chief/Recreation;
(5) 8:30 p.m. - City Engineer/Building Commissioner; and
(6) 9:00 p.m. - Various other department heads as may be required by further notice of Council.
