§ 210.03 CLERK.
   There shall be one clerk employed by Council who shall be known as the Clerk of Council. The Clerk shall attend meetings of Council; read and record minutes, ordinances and resolutions; post ordinances and resolutions when necessary; and perform all other duties required of him or her by Council and the laws of the state.
