§ 208.03 SMOKING IN CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS/COUNCIL CAUCUS ROOM PROHIBITED.

(A) The City Council finds it necessary and in the best interest of the city to declare that Council Chambers and the Council Caucus Room are to be smoke free areas. Smoking is hereby prohibited in Council Chambers and the Council Caucus Room.

(B) The Fire Chief is hereby directed to post "No Smoking" placards at each entrance to said rooms. Such placards shall be of a size to be clearly legible from ten feet away.
