§ 208.02 ADMISSION CHARGES TO CITY-OWNED FACILITIES.
   (A)   Organizations utilizing city-owned facilities for the staging of special events, athletic contests, tournaments, dances, festivals, open gyms, or fund raising events may, at the discretion of the Parks and Recreation Director, charge admission to city-owned facilities for such events.
   (B)   In the event that an organization wishes to charge admission to any such event on city-owned property, it shall apply for permission to do so at least seven days in advance of the first scheduled day of such event.
