(A) The City Council finds it is in the best interest of the city to establish certain fees for city truck overnight service.
(B) By reason of division (A), the following fees are established:
(1) City truck overnight - business $50 per night for first use. $100 per night thereafter in a calendar year.
(2) City truck overnight - resident $25 per night for first use. $100 per night thereafter in a calendar year.
(C) Monies received from fees shall be deposited in the appropriate General Fund.
