§ 94.60  MAILBOXES MAY NOT INTERFERE WITH PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   No mailbox or newspaper delivery box (hereinafter referred to as mailbox) will be allowed to exist on public right-of-way if it interferes with the safety of traveling public or the function, maintenance, or operation of the street and highway system.
