1060.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, except Sections 1060.10 and 1060.13, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for a first offense and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days, or both. For each subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty (60) days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 1060.13 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty (60) days, or both, for a first offense. For each subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six (6) months, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (c)   Whoever violates Section 1060.10 after being sent a third certified letter citing a total of at least three (3) violations of Section 1060.10 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). For each subsequent offense, such person shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
