§ 50.62 EXEMPTIONS FOR MAIL AND NEWSPAPERS.
   The provisions of §§ 50.01 through 50.06, 50.20 through 50.23 and 50.35 through 50.39, inclusive, shall not apply to the distribution of mail by the United States, nor to newspapers, as defined in § 50.50.
