For the purpose of §§ 53.035 et seq., the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COMMERCIAL. Applies to any structure used in whole or in part for business purposes or to any structure or structures, which do not have 1 water meter per dwelling unit or space, whether or not the dwelling unit or space is occupied.
RESIDENCES. Structures used for residential purposes only, and with at least 1 water meter per dwelling unit or space.
RURAL COMMERCIAL. Applies to any structure used in whole or in part for business purposes or to any structure or structures, which do not have 1 water meter per dwelling unit or space, whether or not the dwelling unit or space is occupied, and is located outside the city obtaining water from the municipal water system.
RURAL RESIDENCES. Structures used for residential purposes only, with at least 1 water meter per dwelling unit or space and are located outside the city obtaining water from the municipal water system.
