A person who violates section 5-4-2 or 5-4-4 of this chapter is guilty of an infraction punishable by a fine of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). A person who violates section 5-4-5 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. In the event that the person is a minor, a violation of this chapter may form the basis for a petition for proceedings pursuant to the Juvenile Corrections Act. (Ord. 561, 9-13-2017)
