§ 131.26 STANDARD FOR CONVICTION.
   No person shall be convicted of an offense under § 131.21 of this chapter if the peace officer did not comply with § 131.21 of this chapter or, if at trial, that the explanation of presence and conduct given by the defendant was true and, if believed by the peace officer at the time, would have dispelled any alarm or would have disclosed a lawful purpose.
