§ 93.11 SALES; AMUSEMENTS FOR GAIN.
   Within the parks of the municipality, no person shall, without having first obtained permission from the village:
   (A)   Sell or offer for sale any goods or services; or
   (B)   Conduct any amusement for gain or for which a charge is made.
