§ 73.04 COMMERCIAL TRUCK AND TRAVEL TRAILER PARKING.
   It shall be unlawful to park any commercial vehicle on any residential street; except that, any commercial vehicle parked or stopped for the purpose of pick-up or delivery of residents and/or personal property for a period not to exceed eight hours shall be exempt. For purposes of this section, COMMERCIAL VEHICLE shall be defined as any vehicle operated for the transportation of persons and/or personal property in the furtherance of any commercial or industrial enterprise.
