§ 132.01 PEACE DISTURBANCE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to be guilty of any conduct which shall breach the peace. The causing or making of any unnecessary loud noise or shouting or yelling shall be considered to be peace disturbance.

§ 132.03 PROFANITY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to use profanity in any street, alley or public place of the city.

§ 132.04 INDECENT CONDUCT.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to commit any indecent or immoral act or to appear in any public place not decently clothed.
   (A)   Indecent conduct. A person who knowingly or intentionally, in a public place:
      (1)   Engages in an act of sexual penetration;
      (2)   Appears in a state of nudity; or
      (3)   Fondles the genitals of himself or herself or another person; commits indecent conduct.
   (B)   Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      NUDITY. The showing or exposure of the human male or female genitals, pubic area or buttocks with less than a fully opaque covering, the showing of the female breast with less than a fully opaque covering below a point immediately above the top of the areola, or the showing of covered male genitals in a discernibly turgid state.
      PUBLIC PLACE. Any place where the prohibited conduct may reasonably be expected to be viewed by others.
      SEXUAL PENETRATION. Any contact, however slight, between the sex organ of one person and the sex organ, mouth or anus of another person, or any intrusion, however slight, of any part of the body of one person or any animal or object into the sex organ or anus of another person.

§ 132.05 FIGHTING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to commit an assault or battery or to fight in any public or private place in the city except in the course of athletic contests held in a gymnasium, on a stage or in a rink designed for that purpose.

§ 132.06 FALSE ALARMS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly start or spread any false alarm of fire in the city.

§ 132.07 DISTURBING ASSEMBLAGES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to disturb any lawful assemblage or gathering in the city.

§ 132.08 BATHING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to swim or bathe in the waters of the Mississippi River; in Quincy Bay adjacent thereto, or in any other public place in the city, or in any public place open to the public view unless the person is adequately garbed in a bathing suit.
