(a) The purpose of this section is to provide one document covering all permit fees, application fees, and copy fees covering the issuance of zoning permits, zoning appeals, conditional use permits, and fees related to fence and swimming pool permits, issued by the Village.
(b) All fees established are non-refundable.
(c) Any person that commences work without an approved zoning certificate shall be charged double the base application fee set forth in the fee schedule below. The additional fee shall apply to all permits and approvals required by the Village for the project commenced without an approved zoning certificate.
