(b) There shall be no parking on Delaware Avenue on the south side of the street, from Toledo Avenue eastward to the area known as the Bathing Beach and there shall be no parking on Delaware Avenue on the south side between Catawba Avenue and Hartford Avenue.
(c) A section on the north side of Delaware Avenue is hereby designated as a loading zone. Such section will be a 20-foot area in front of 95 Delaware Avenue.
(d) No person shall stop or park a vehicle on Delaware Avenue for the purpose of the unloading, delivery, pickup and/or loading of goods or materials except between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. daily.
(e) No operator of a taxicab shall stand, park, or stop such vehicle on Delaware Avenue between Catawba Avenue and Hartford Avenue for the purposes of loading or unloading passengers.
(f) The Village shall establish sign standards for the area in compliance with standards set by the Ohio Department of Transportation in the current edition of the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
