(a) Parking on Delaware Avenue, on the north side of the street, from Toledo Avenue eastward to the area known as the Bathing Beach, is hereby permitted. Such parking will be limited to three hours in duration and will operate seasonally in accordance with Section 452.114(a).
(b) Parking on Delaware Avenue, on the south side of the street, from Toledo Avenue eastward to the area known as the Bathing Beach, is hereby permitted. Such parking will be limited to three hours in duration and will operate seasonally in accordance with Section 452.114(a).
(c) A section on the north side of Delaware Avenue is hereby designated as a loading zone. Such section will be a 20-foot area in front of 95 Delaware Avenue.
(d) The Village shall establish sign standards for the area in compliance with standards set by the Ohio Department of Transportation in the current edition of the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
