Sec 122-375 Lot Area, Yard, And Height Requirements

   A.   The following are the lot area and width requirements for planned commercial uses:

      1.   Area: One (1) acre.

      2.   Width: Fifty (50) feet at the building line.

   B.   The following are the minimum requirements for front, side, and rear yard setbacks for planned commercial uses:

      1.   Front: Twenty-five (25) feet.

      2.   Side: Twenty-five (25) feet. Side adjacent to residential district.

      3.   Rear: There shall be a rear yard, alley, service court or combination thereof of not less than thirty (30) feet.
