Sec 122-284 Uses And Structures Permitted On Review
Subject to the requirements of Article 1 of this chapter, the Planning Commission may permit the following uses and structures on review:
   A.   Principal uses and structures permitted in the R-2, single-family residential district, provided that:
      1.   Each request for a use permitted on review shall be for one (1) principal structure, building, or use only;
      2.   Minimum requirements for off-street parking, yard setbacks, lot area and width, and maximum height restrictions for the R-2, single-family residential district, are complied with; and
      3.   The proposed use shall not be permitted if it will cause the destruction of an identified or designated historic site, structure, or element or will substantially reduce, through incompatible modification, alteration, or addition, the historic significance of the site, structure, or element.
   B.   Family day care homes are permitted on review subject to the requirements in Section 122-134.
   C.   Type II bed and breakfast establishments.
