B. The minimum area for development of a mobile home park shall be five (5) acres.
C. The minimum area for development of a mobile home subdivision shall be ten (10) acres.
D. No landscaping required under any provision of this chapter or this Code shall be planted, placed, or maintained on any corner so as to restrict the clear vision of drivers, persons on bicycles, or pedestrians.
E. Sight proof fencing shall not be erected within the building line setback of the adjoining street. However, an exception may be requested in writing by the property owner and sent to the Planning Commission for review.
