Sec 122-224 Uses And Structures Permitted On Review
Subject to the requirements of Article 1 of this chapter, the Planning Commission may permit the following uses and structures on review:
   A.   Private swimming pools or tennis courts, provided that:
      1.   Such uses or structures shall not encroach upon any utility, street, alley, or drainage easements; and
      2.   Such uses and structures shall be placed only in a defined rear yard and shall not encroach upon any side yard setback requirement of the principal structures or uses in this district;
   B.   Localized commercial uses, such as grocery stores, laundromats, or convenience stores, designed to primarily serve the residents of the mobile home parks, or subdivision, provided that:
      1.   No outside storage is permitted;
      2.   Yard setback and height restrictions shall be the same as the requirements for mobile homes;
      3.   Restrictions on accessory uses and structures permitted in this district shall be adhered to; and
      4.   Parking requirements shall be in accordance with the requirements for similar uses in the C-1, central business or C-3, general commercial zoning districts.
