A. The maximum height of any building or structure shall cast no shadow on the solar collector of any neighboring property, building, or structure during critical times of the day, during any season.
B. Variances from the height limitation or the side yard setback requirements of this district shall not be considered by the Board of Adjustment of the City unless the applicant for such variance provides data which establishes that the possible grant of such a variance will not adversely affect an existing solar collector, or the future opportunity to reasonably install a solar collector upon adjacent property.
C. Sight proof fencing shall not be erected within the building line setback of the adjoining street. However, an exception may be requested in writing by the property owner and sent to the Planning Commission for review.
