Sec 122-194 Uses And Structures Permitted On Review

A. Subject to the requirements of Article 1 of this chapter, the Planning Commission may permit any uses and structures permitted on review in the R-2, single-family residential and R-3, two-family residential districts.

B. Child day care center or family day care home is permitted on review subject to the requirements in Section 122-164 of this Code.
