Sec 122-192 Permitted Principal Uses And Structures; Minimum Required Off- Street Parking

The following are the permitted principal uses and structures and minimum required off- street parking:

      1.   Any use permitted in the R-3, two- family residential district   Same as in R-3 district

      2.   Multifamily dwellings   2 spaces per dwelling unit

      3.   Roominghouse or boardinghouse, not to include hotels or motels   1 space for every 2 beds

      4.   Nursing and convalescent homes and hospitals   1 space per employee, plus 1 space for every 2 beds
