Subject to the provisions of these regulations and other City ordinances, the following accessory uses and structures are permitted in the R-3, two-family residential district:
A. Accessory uses and structures clearly incidental and necessary to the permitted principal uses of structures in the R-2, single-family residential district, or R-3, two-family residential district, not involving the conduct of business on the premises, except legal home occupations, and located on the same lot, or a contiguous lot under the same ownership.
B. Solar collectors, whether as part of a structure or incidental to a group of related structures, when used for the purpose of providing energy for heating, or cooling of related principal structures.
C. Portable storage and roll-off trash containers. See Section 122-103(F).
D. Chickens. See Section 122-103.
